PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
FELL’S POINT, BALTIMORE
01 COBBLEHAUS
Our recent renovation of a historic townhouse in Fell’s Point, Baltimore, balances the warmth of traditional elements with the clean lines of contemporary design. The project focused on maintaining the character and charm of the neighborhood, preserving original moldings and architectural features while integrating modern amenities. This blend of old and new creates a sophisticated and inviting space that honors the rich history of Fell’s Point.
Each design decision was made with careful consideration of the home’s heritage and the vibrancy of the surrounding community. The open-concept living area features sleek, modern finishes juxtaposed with exposed brick walls and reclaimed wood accents, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The result is a home that feels both timeless and fresh, offering a welcoming retreat in the heart of one of Baltimore’s most iconic neighborhoods.

The design vision for our hair salon renovation centered on creating a modern, serene environment that promotes relaxation and luxury. Inspired by minimalist aesthetics, the space features clean lines, neutral tones, and natural materials to evoke a sense of calm and sophistication. The choice of soft, warm lighting complements the light color palette, enhancing the airy and spacious feel of the salon. Custom-designed cabinetry and shelving seamlessly blend functionality with elegance, providing ample storage while maintaining a clutter-free look.
